I am usually eating every 1.5 – 2 hours. For me, most of my mornings consist of eating 2 whole fruits first thing in the morning and then a healthy protein. Today I had “Steel Cut Oats” which are awesome and I prefer them over oatmeal. You can find them in any local grocery store.

It’s a prett simple recipe. Just cook the oats and add any sliced fruit that you want! In this case I added a banana. Here’s why this is important. It’s all about proper food combining and since fruit works well with oats it will help assimilate into your body faster. This is pretty much the only time I ever eat fruit with anything. Normally it’s by it self for at least 30 minutes before I eat anything else.

  • 1 Whole Fruit
  • Rice or almond milk
