You’re probably going to call me crazy but until recently I had been training for half and full marathons without proper nutrition. How? Well for starters  I was running between 1 – 1.5 hours without water. Yeah, total FAIL.
I decided if  I want to step up my game and rock some races I better start training. On Friday I headed over to North Shore Athletics and spoke with a fellow named Noel. He gave me ...

I hope you had an AWESOME weekend! I can honestly say Summer is FINALLY here in Vancouver! This weekend was EPIC being able to cheer on Sukhi Muker during his first sprint interval which he defines as being always in “the red zone!”
Check Out The Sprint Triathlon

First off, I learned this from my buddy Sukhi Muker who is an Ironman and endurance athlete. These tips are PRICELESS ...

HOLY SMOKES, running the Scotiabank Vancouver Half Marathon was nothing short of a LIFE changing experience. This was my very first half marathon ever. I’ve never even run a 10k before. I wanted to share how taking action steps like this can change your life forever!
I was able to train for this one over a 35 day period of a ALMOST vegan diet. The only exception was I was taking a few Whey protein shakes. ...

Want to play life at a bigger level? If you thought YES, then good because so do I! Yesterday I decided to enter into my first ever half marathon race that I intend on testing my mind, body and soul. Yes, it’s going to be down right awesome.
I shot today’s workout for you because I’m training the next 6 days for the race (even though I’m ready) and wanted to have you tag along. If ...

What’s up peeps! If you’re ever in the Vancouver area check out the Baden Powell trail in Deep Cover, North Vancouver BC. Rockin’ trail that my sister and I run every Thursday. It’s a great trail to run or hike with an absolutely KILLER view. My sister and I ended up running the trail first, and then rockin’ these short exercises after. You could easily run the trail two, there or even four times.
Here’s Today’s ...
