You ever wonder why you can read a TON of great personal development books and CD’s but everything stays the same? Yeah, I know what you’re talking about because I’ve been there. I spend most of my twenties “soaking” up information because it felt so darn good but applying very little.

I stumped upon this fellow Michael who calls himself a “fruitarian.” Yes, you read that right, a fruity guy. You’re probably wondering what the heck is a fruitarian exactly. Well, it’s someone who ONLY eats fruits and veggies raw.
That’s right, no other foods other than raw fruits and veggies (and nuts and seeds). I’ve been ...

What’s up peeps! If you’re ever in the Vancouver area check out the Baden Powell trail in Deep Cover, North Vancouver BC. Rockin’ trail that my sister and I run every Thursday. It’s a great trail to run or hike with an absolutely KILLER view. My sister and I ended up running the trail first, and then rockin’ these short exercises after.
